The Grind: From Part Time to Full Time Church Planting Pt. 1

In this episode, Neal and Greg interview Ryan Worley of Rooted Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Worley started off as a bi-vocational pastor working part-time at a local hospital and being a pastor. God blessed them with the ability to grow, which allowed Worley to shift from bi-vocational to full-time pastoring.

In the first episode of a two-part series, the guys talk about Worley’s journey to Northwest Arkansas, and how the transition of going from part-time to full-time came to be. They also talk about the pros and cons of switching to a full-time pastor.
